Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and your location.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders across India. A COD fee of ₹100 applies to every COD order.

A partial payment of ₹200 is required to confirm your COD order. This includes ₹100 towards your order and a ₹100 COD fee. The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Your order will be processed once the partial payment has been completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll help you check its status.
