Refund policy

At Brisa Studio, every piece is carefully curated and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As jewellery is a personal and delicate product, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy:


  • Cancellations:
    • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
    • Once the product is shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

 

  • Returns/Refunds:
    • We only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
    • If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
    • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has passed our quality check.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Jewellery that has been worn, used, or damaged due to customer handling.
    • Items purchased during a sale/offer, or marked as Final Sale.
    • Customised or personalised jewellery

 

  • Refund Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
